PeasantStats ("the App") is developed and operated by Karuzo ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

By using PeasantStats, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

02 — Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information — email address and display name provided during registration
• In-game name — the Chivalry 2 player name you enter in Settings
• Screenshots — scoreboard images you upload for stat tracking
• Usage data — upload counts, match statistics, and leaderboard entries derived from your screenshots
• Device information — collected automatically by third-party services (see below)

03 — How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's core features (leaderboards, stats, achievements)
• To display your stats publicly on the in-app leaderboard
• To process in-app purchases and unlock premium features
• To show advertisements to free users via Google AdMob
• To improve and debug the App

We use the following third-party services that may collect data independently:

05 — Camera & Photo Access

The App requests access to your device camera and photo library solely to allow you to select or capture scoreboard screenshots for upload. We do not access your camera or photos for any other purpose. Images are uploaded to Firebase Storage and processed by Google Cloud Vision for text extraction.

06 — Public Data

The following information is visible to all users of the App:

• Your in-game name (Chivalry 2 player name)
• Your leaderboard stats (best KD, best score, best kills)
• Your uploaded screenshots associated with leaderboard entries
• Your clan tag (if set)
• Your badges and achievements

Your email address and account password are never visible to other users.

07 — Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Upon deletion, your leaderboard entries, screenshots, and account information will be permanently removed.

08 — Children's Privacy

PeasantStats is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

09 — Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Opt out of personalised advertising via your device settings

10 — Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All data is stored on Firebase servers with industry-standard security. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 — Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
